Tom is a Google AdWords Qualified Individual.
Electronic Commerce (e-commerce) is the selling and buying of services and products over electronic systems such as the Internet, as Wikipedia defines e-commerce. Tom is completing his ProStores Certified Designer certification; he is also also completing his WOW Certified E-Commerce Manager (CECM) certification.
Web analytics is the measuring, collecting, analyzing and reporting of on-site and off-site internet data for purposes of understanding and optimizing web usage, as Wikipedia defines web analytics. Tom is currently working towards his University of British Columbia Web Analutics Award of Achievement; he is also working towards his Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ) Test certification.
